Today’s patch includes one of the first enemies developed for Kiro’s quest… who got forgotten in the shuffle of all the other stuff I had to do. Enjoy!

- The “generic fuckdolls” now drop items at less grindy intervals. You only need to defeat 10 to collect the VR holotape.

Its a hentai manga, titled Man Eater under the pen name ‘Fan no Hitori’.
It is about a pair of bounty hunters chasing after a “centaur” that has been causing trouble. They killed it, only for swordsman to be blindsided by the actual target. The ‘centaur’ was in fact a giant parasite where its body is a horse. With the loss of a host, it went after the swordsman’s partner who eventually got corrupted and then fucked into submission.
I recall reading a sci-fi manga short story with a similar premise, except there was no rape.

Speaking of recruitment, Will Emmy ever be recruitable? It does specifically state in game that her contract costs 80,000, which is pretty easy to obtain nowadays. It’s a little off-putting when they act like 80k is too much when you have millions of credits sitting around…

It’s been a while since I did that part of her content, but to my memory, Steele can actually offer to just buy out her contract and take her on as crew when she’s first pitching the Herm Harness. She refuses, not for lack of interest or fear for how it will impact her would-be captain’s financials, but because she doesn’t want to just trade one debt for another.
So it’s less “you can’t do that” and more “sweet of you to offer, but it’s the principle of the thing”.

Is it bad that I actually see Po as right? She IS capturing and doing this to simply pirates and the underbelly of the systems that cause trouble for other people. She’s not snatching innocents or regular Rushers. It just so happens she grabs our GF at this time.
Is it completely moral? Perhaps not, but I wouldn’t rank her as bad as Badger in the slightest.

In the “VR Adventure” you can convince the boss ai to help you escape, and tell her if you could, you’d help her too.
hypothetically: Would it be possible for a tech-spec. Character to download her/remove her datacore and either set her as the ships ai (when you guys get around to that) or install her into a Siegwulfe?
I would also enjoy saving the boss gal she seems very sweet.

I can’t seem to trigger the KiroQuest, I’ve got level 10 and 100% trust and just spent ~60 days doing mothing but travelling. Is the level requirement 9+ or exactly 9?

It’s on Po’s ship, which is the location of Kiroquest, you will recieve an email that the quest has started randomly when moving between planets after reaching 100 trust with Kiro, go to the ship and wander around it and it should show up, it’s a random encounter
