Mags is ready to fix your ship… (by Adjatha)

Okay, after a day spent aggressively reworking and retweaking some of the cybernetics to be what I would consider acceptable additions to the game, I’m ready to push a new patch! Let’s just got down into the nitty-gritty, and after all that, I’ve got a few things idling on my plate I’d like to mention as upcoming features and additions if all goes well.

I did a lot more deep code-touching on this one, so be sure to save often if you’re playing this on release date jussst in case some wires got crossed somewhere. I’ll be active this weekend, so necessary hotfixes should flow in a timely manner~

As one would expect, she’s incredibly excited about the prospect – and once you ask her to feed them, she’ll even refuse to stop! You’ll get an email from Azra documenting just how messy the feeding event is, and after reviewing the footage, you’ll be able to catch Penny in the act (and have some fun in one of three different ways with her).   • [Backer Exclusive] New Cybernetics pack! (coded by Leek & Fenoxo with text rewrites by Fenoxo)
    • Utility Implant: Phallus Tuner. This implant allows the user’s primary penis to be adjusted in size by up to twelve inches in either direction!
    • Combat Implant: Armored Tail. This implant well reduce the HP damage of a single incoming attack by 50% once per three rounds.
    • Combat Implant: Emergency ‘Gasm Vent. This implant can save you from debilitating lust once a fight – but it might knock you on your ass from spontaneously cumming mid-fight! It’s also a great sleep aid, as long as you don’t mind losing 20 more energy every time orgasm…
    • Combat Implant: Dong Doctor. This implant hooks into your reproductive anatomy to unleash a healing-augmented ejaculation once per fight. This expulsion provides no relief, but greater orgasm volumes will provide greater amounts of healing. Just don’t rock up with a fully-emptied sack and expect any help!
    • Combat Implant: Seed Soaker. This implant allows the user to unleash a spunky spray as attack! It does relieve a little lust, and may even blind the target! The effectiveness is somewhat volume-dependent, and a testicular implant does increase vulnerability to low blows…
    • Combat Implant: Slut Sight. This implant allows the user to see sights beyond sight – or at least measure a target’s proportions pretty well during a “Sense” maneuver. The data gleaned from this will assist in accuracy and critical bonus against the target. This ocular addition also allows a once-per-fight psionic tease attack.
  • New Busts (By Adjatha): Mags & Amazon Reaha’s Plush Butthole (the standard one was the wrong skintone for her~)
  • Racial Perk Consistency Updates: Which racial perks could be kept indefinitely and which would wear off upon losing most of that race’s attributes were not really clear before. A dash of additional consistency has been deployed so that in general, if you lose a race’s attributes, the perk will go away. If you’re attached to being a nightmarish hyper-chimera, don’t fret!   • New Cheat: Ignore Racial Perk Restrictions – Since racial perks got a little more restrictive, why not ignore that? You can toggle this in the cheat menu to be even less restricted by logic than ever before! (Fenoxo & Jacques00)
  • Musk Bonus Rework: Musk perks had become kind of essential to effective tease builds, and with racial perks getting more restrictive, it was likely the amount a player could maintain would be reduced. To reduce reliance on being such a musky husky, the bonuses from these perks have been reduced somewhat, but enemy lust defenses have also been lowered! Let me know if I lowered them too much, and a bit of good news for those that love these perks – I’m going to be adding a few more to spread them around, and something similar for scalies, but more visually-oriented.   • Lust Generation Rework: Lust gain overtime has been teased and tuned to be a little less cumbersome. The maximum over time lust gain has been reduced to 66% (from 75%). The effect of libido on the increase has been reduced 33% as well. Extra Ardor’s lust gain multiplier has been reduced to 1.5x (from 2x). When lust is over the soft-cap value, time passage should allow you to calm back down to that level… eventually. (Fenoxo)
  • When receiving a load in a pregnant hole, a log event will generate to describe the fluids washing out (since the cervix is blocked~). This message has a 12 hour cooldown to reduce spamminess, but if it’s still too frequent, we could look at making it longer. (Fenoxo)
  • Improvements to the haptic linkage systems – try this stuff out and let us know how it goes! We need feedback. I’m told it can work with an Xbox controller?! (Jacques00)
  • Body Morphology Bonuses: full-body skin types now grant small bonuses to evasion, defense, and/or slight resistances. Check the new Codex entry for more detailed information: Codex->General Knowledge -> Morphology Bonuses. Additions for lower body structure and hand types are planned. (Fenoxo)
  • New Icons: Boxing gloves and lotion bottles. (Jacques00)
  • Goo characters can now autofellate without needing any flexibility perk. (Fenoxo)

Where’s the TiTS? An Update

Hey guys, I was actually wanting to have a patch out this time LAST WEEK, but a couple of things happened.

  • I stalled more on the tentacle feeding for Syri (which is actually a bit of a misnomer, it’s really jerking her off into a condom to feed to them!) It turns out that writing a relatively normal sexual interaction between a guy and his beast-dicked girlfriend was a lot harder for me to write out than a hypersexual splooge-splosion! Worry not, I finally cracked through the final variations and finished it Sunday night and finally got Savin’s approval of her characterization Wednesday. It’s about 3500 words of content if memory serves…
  • I then absolutely blitzed through a massive new set of scenes for Bimbo Penny to feed the tentacles – both a recording Azra sends you, and then an option to catch her feeding them with three sub-scenes you can choose between if you like. These are finished, edited (one pass, which means I probably still have some errors), and fully coded now (along with the aforementioned Syri scene that Leek finished up yesterday. It’s still pending code-review behind a couple of other things…) This one clocks in around 6500 words of content.
    • I chose Bimbo Penny because I wanted to write something for her as my last crew tentacle interaction before moving onto other topics. Don’t fret though, Dreamer44 has stuff for Shekka under construction as well! Thank you for voting in the poll so we could make sure the top choices were well-represented!
  • Leek coded a big bunch of user-submitted cybernetic modifications that I’ve been polishing up. Community authors don’t always have the best game design chops or put the most thought into the writing they do for tooltips or interactions menus (or necessarily have the same taste as yours truly), so I’ve been working through them one after another, making significant modifications to each. Sometimes I make changes for balance, closing loopholes, user interface, or just plain change the name to more accurately reflect the intended use-case. For example, one item is basically advanced contact lenses that allow you to scan an enemy while sensing for a bonus to-hit and critical buff. It was initially coded to apply the buff effect to the player character, meaning you could scan one enemy and somehow still have the bonus against a completely different enemy in a multi-foe fight. I had to rework the effect into a debuff on the enemy and rewire the bonus effects elsewhere for it to be a bit more internally consistent.
  • I reworked time passage lust gain slightly. In general, lust should only accrue to 66% (it was 75) of maximum in the future, and properly decrease to that value over time – which I THINK it used to do, before something got changed… I also reduced the overall gain rate somewhat to be a bit less cumbersome.
  • We were getting some bug reports about loads not properly going into certain holes, but it turned out not to be a bug at all – pregnancies prevent cum-inflation & filling in the associated hole. That’s getting handled with a log message (with a 12ish hour cooldown to reduce spam) that mentions the fluids rushing out of your body immediately after the act.
  • And of course there’s the previously mentioned restrictions to certain racial TFs to make the game overall more consistent about gaining and losing racially-granted perks when your body changes too much. As an addendum to these, I intend to spread out some alternates with similar effects so that there’s not overmuch pressure to become certain species. Most notably, I want at least one feminine pheromone bonus to hand out to a couple of the furry TFs, and I also want to add a “gleaming scales” perk for scalies that can enhance visual tease attacks (no effect when blind.) I haven’t been able to get to those yet – still in the cybernetics hole.
  • Updating Azra’s texts to more properly address her jumpsuit is also on the menu.

Hopefully I can get this all banged out ASAP and have a patch deployed here in a day or two. I will keep you posted!
