0.7.238 Changelog:
- Cumslut Penny can now be recruited onto your ship as a camwhore. Note that if you recruit her this way, calming her down will not be an option as she has no fallback for making money. This comes with a few variants for some of her other scenes, like “Other Crew” for example.
- Futa Penny can now be caught playing with a pair of Mitzi’s panties, thanks to Wsan. Note that for this scene to occur, the “Other Crew” discussion with Penny must be completed first.
- Lots of fixes for Penny’s recruitment, the rat thieves, and assorted other things.
I intend to take a break for Thanksgiving, after which I am going to tear into the review backlog with a vengeance. Wish me luck!

there is an option with penny thats disabled and the description says “this option is only available as a result of certain events while recruiting penny to your crew”

Cumslut Penny and Bimbo Penny are two different things.
basically if you shot her with badger’s gun you are fucked on that save. need to go back further or make a new char.
Or you can just use the save editor.
What triggers mutant tits? i can not give milk to the rodenian and not sure what to fix. Nipple number or count, to much production or size, or milk type. A little more feedback on the tooltip would be helpful.
You cannot breastfeed the rats if:
1) Your lactation is set as Cum or Girlcum
2) You are a Goo (gooey tits)
3) If your nipples are Flat, Dick Nipples, Lipples, Fuckable Nipples.
Inverted nipples and multi-nips are fine.

Wait… how can you get your breasts to “lactate” cum or girlcum? Is it something only available via save editing or is there a way to get it in game?
You need to give your character dicknipples or nipplecunts. I can’t remember which item/s do that, though.
EDIT: Clippex changes them to nipplecunts, and it looks as though you can only get dicknipples from using GaloMax.
Someone should think of potentially making an item to allow for dicknipples without having to get all gooey, BTW.
