- Ula now has the option to roleplay the scenes you could get when you first met her.
- The korgonne Codex entry will now have an option to update the translation algorithms once you’ve spoken with enough korgonne. A % tracker has also been added to the relevant passage within the article for those not quite there. Once translations are enabled, you can toggle the software update on and off from the Codex article.
- A notifier blurb will now show up in bold at the entrance to Korg’ii hold to inform you that you can upgrade the translator, if you’ve spoken with enough korgonne.
- Tuuva can now be given a peanut butter cookie… or three. Thanks, B!
- Some fixes and tweaks.
I also reviewed a dinosaur transformation item. It needs a little bit of edit love, but I think it can be brought up to spec with some help from editors. The next thing I have to review is B’s Frostwyrm expansion, but it’s a big one, so I’m not sure when I’ll be able to pa(i)ge through it all. I don’t want to leave the backers waiting too long for new content after the public patch hits!

Hi! Just wanted to say I’ve been playing your game off and on since the days when Myrellion was a hollow shell, and have loved all the progress since then. But there’s one thing that really began to feel out of place once Uveto came online, and has only been getting worse since: the ship.
Now, there’s nothing wrong with the current ship in the earlygame. But it’s described as being a certain size and of a less-than-amazing baseline quality and flashiness. Meanwhile, the number of crew members, affluence of the main character, number of worlds and vendors, and everything else about the game continue to go up.
So – when are we going to be able to get a new ship? Or has a vendor already gone up, and I just missed it in the game and patch notes somehow? Or will there be some kind of an upgrade and expansion system for the current ship? In any event: the game’s great, and I’ll be looking forward to the next time I have enough time for a real playthrough.
Oh! And while I’m here: Hand So’s data bead. Last I checked, there was still nothing to do with it: has that been changed? If not, when might it be changed?
Ship stuff is in the works, and will get there when it gets there (there have been semi-periodic mentions of it over the last several months). Hand So… will be done when it’s done, and has NOT had any mention since its inclusion. At the very least, the writer (Nonesuch) is still active, so whether that means it hasn’t been written yet or is on the backlog I don’t know.

It’s just a conversation option – there is no quest or anything. Go straight to Nenne and/or Tuuva and one of their talking options should be to give them a cookie. You don’t even need Silly Mode on.

Ive been curious, while i expect it will still take a while before its out, have you guys been working on other mechanics like the faction system and the space ship stuff or is that stuff you’ll work on later on? just curious because i can image that would take a while to implement and i really look forward to it

Gedan’s been working on the ship mechanics for a while but it’a a major piece of coding and there were a few delays. The last ship specific post from Gedan was on July 22, 2017 so take a look at that if you want a look at what the new ship system is going to be like.
As far as Hand So is concerned, nothing can be done with it until the ship system is finished.

I just want to say this game is awesome and I’m glad I can start supporting.
I would love to see another companion character that would be small, skinny and flat but when she got horny she would transform into a curvaceous bimbo, maybe with her own quest/storyline where she is trying to find a cure and you can make her stay like that or help her get cured!
