Were some perks associated with the cum cow variant of the treatment dropped or had their probability buffed? Can’t seem to trigger dumb4cum or auto-autofellatio at all
I’m not sure about dumb4cum, but auto-autofellatio probably requires your dick to be big enough to do autofellatio already, which IIRC is one third your character’s height.
The cum cow varient should automatically cause your dick to grow to or past the minimum size for autofellatio. To answer the original question, the probabilities haven’t been touched, you are likely just getting unlucky.
I think having a higher intelligence stat increasea the chance of the dumb-for-cum perk, but I’m not positive.
