First, I wanna give a big shoutout to all the volunteers that helped make all this come out so swiftly, especially Balak for contributing to the codes. Very much appreciated <3 Also, we officially brought Wsan onto the team this month as a staff writer/coder. Y’all know I can’t get enough of his content, and now we’ve got that shit coming down the mainline. (Fen also hired him for TiTS, but who needs free time amirite.)
Second: now that Etheryn’s got her base content in, my next main objective is going to be Orc Dungeon and expanding on Arona. Her dungeon’s like… 30-50% done already, but I haven’t touched it for a couple months — been busy with Ryn and getting crushed under Olympia’s giant butt in TiTS. (I finished her companion content, btw, but it won’t be accessible for a little bit. RIP.)
Edit: Hotfix is out fixing major issues, including with SugoQuest and Gwyn pregnancy. Thanks for reporting issues~

- Etheryn has been added as a recruitable companion, a Thief with a summonable familiar and a little white magic in her repertoire. She can be found in the crumbling Wayfort beyond the Alraune’s dungeon, or if you’ve already done that event, she’ll be found yelling at the walls of Castle Hawkstone, just past the end of the tutorial dungeon. She’s a little light on content for now, but I really wanted to get something in for her. More to come soon!
- The Minotaur Boarder Guard have been added outside the Gates of Thollun in the Foothills. They guard the way into a mid-game area (TBA), but also sell the Minotaur and Cowgirl TF item.
- The Minotaur and Cowgirl TF items are now available from said martial minos (by BubbleLord and Questy).
- More Kinu stuff, by Tobs and coded by Balak. You can interact with your fox-daughter and make important decisions as to her upbringing. Hasn’t been tested properly, be warned!
- Busts for Berry’s Mistress, her summoned Shadows, and the Sleepy Snake are now enabled.
New Since Last Public Build:
- The half-lupine summoner in the Foothills now offers a recruitment quest (by HugsAlright).
- The Wyld Elf Troupe in the Old Forest (by Gardeford).
- Kitsune Bandits in the Old Forest (by Tobs). They won’t appear after you’ve defeated the Alraune.
- Gwyn, Garth’s daughter, has opened up the Nursery (by Tobs).
- Sugo has a new quest to get some fresh threads. Also more scenes (by BubbleLord).
- A mysterious divine fountain in the Forest (by SomeKindofWizard).
- More Kinu interactions.
- Wyvern Girls can now get knocked up. You can take their eggs back to the Nursery.
- Key Items and Reagents viewable in Inventory. Also a portable Alchemist Kit.
- Scene rewind feature. Sense upgrades. Surrender button. Status effect tooltips.
- Storage at the Frost Hound.
- Arctic Fox TF item.

There’s bits he definitely does recognize (iirc it’s ears or horns) but I don’t remember; I’ll doublecheck this.
My girl has cow horns, ears, tail and hooves. He still says, “If you had horns and a tail, I might mistake you for one of the girls back home!” Which is the normal reply for just having big breasts it seems.

The journal tells me that a few days has passed and I should go and check up on Sugo to see if he has gotten the caparison but nothing out of the ordinary happens
It should be three days IIRC. I know Drake mentioned it was bugged but I think it was hotfixed.

If I recall correctly, the reasoning is because people compile the github to get access to paid updates early yes? Is there any possibility of a public version similar to Trials, for people who are curious to look at the code/search scenes? I found it very interesting to be able to see dialogue variations, coding practices, requirements, and find content I didn’t know existed.
If that creates a hassle of some form of unexpected work for the team it’s completely unnecessary (and if so, thank you so much Trials team for continuing to post the new code on the public github).
Might be an idea to consider though. You already often make use of guest programmers/writers, this would hasten the process.

Kitsune bandits just randomly appear in old forest?
I’ve been hitting Explore and getting wolves, plants, the troupe, everything over and over again – but no bandits.
They don’t appear if you’ve defeated the Alraune. I’ll note that in the blog post.
Yuzu, Kiri and Hinata will not appear if you have beaten the alraune, as they will have gone home.

There’s not much that can be permanently missed if you never meet them. You might get to skip an optional boss, but that’s about it.
Wake me up once the demon transformations are added or the dragon’s are added, that’s always the point when stuff gets good:)

Am I the only one where hitting Next makes the text jump past the next scene?
I don’t think what you’re seeing is scene skipping. When I added support for scene history I had to change how a lot of the UI code around the main text pane works. A side-effect of this is that if you scroll to the bottom of the text and the next scene is scrollable too, the text updates before the scrolling is reset to the top. This makes it look jumpy, since first the text updates and then it jumps to the top.
I experimented a bit, and you’re right. It’s not skipping text, it just looked like it.
I’ll fix it eventually.
Are you sure it’s skipping a scene? When I hit Next it looks like it skipped something but it’s actually just moving the text back up to the top of the page before moving to the next scene.

Hi :D. Firstly, thank you for all the efforts you put in making this game as awesome as it is and as it become more and more at each updat ! That’s a bit funny actually, but… COC and COC2 help me to improve my english in a quite pleasurable way.
That said, i was wondering how it is possible to knocked up the Wyvern Girls to take their eggs ; the option don’t seem to appear after a fight (win through physical or tease attacks), so i don’t know if it’s a bug or just that there is another way to access at this content that i don’t find for now ^^.
(Also, i play an orc, who began with a light green skin, but he has now a dark red one ; however, his delicate manhood is still designed as “a green light dick” during sexual encounters. I don’t know if other people has this kind of little misprint, but just in case, i repport it.)

So, my computer just had a large enough update yesterday that it did the whole update and restart dance. When I went to a site that uses Adobe Flash to run part of it, it did the allow Flash player thing again, but this time, the fucking thing didn’t offer the option always allow, just the allow once option. WTF Microsoft? Or would the blame be on HP? Both, maybe? Just went to the play page here and clicked on play in window, same thing, only allows allow once option to be selected.
It’s fucking irritating having to constantly tell the damn computer to allow Flash every time you visit a site that uses it.
Y’know Fen, I just realized that there’s something you could add to Tavros: a V-ko med station. That way if you were there and wanted to get rid of, say, a membrane or cockvine, won’t have to go to M’henga or Myrellion to do it.

There is no SWF. CoC2 is coded in JavaScript, not flash. A downloadable version is being worked on but is not a major priority at the moment.

How does alchemy really work? I having a hard time manipulating it properly.
You combine TFs with reagents that filter the effects to only affect a specific area of the body.
So for example lets say like with the harpy based ones. I could just do the butt ones so I dont get the animal features but a big ass.

I can’t for the life of me find any Metal bits, I’ve explored both regions, finding Wood, Ice shards in Forest and stone in Foothills but no Metal bits. I’ve filled half an inventory of Stone in just Foothills alone since I assume metal bits are found there.
Does it come from an enemy?
As Leorah tells you when you get that piece of the quest from her, you can get the metal bits from the Mercenaries in the foothills.

Playing through the game is fun, seeing the new updates is nice, even if some of the content isn’t for ‘me’, I’m happy for the people who enjoy it (I’m a shameless lover of taurs)
I make this comment specifically because I noticed an ad for Amorous. Some of you i nthis comment page might remember that. before Jason and the crew jumped ship, it’s a nice little mini game, lots of decent art from Kabier, lewdness, variety….
The team, specifically Jason and that owl guy, wanted to do what you did. With a customizable character, different paths based on ‘equipment’, but due to the limitations of art and now, the team being broken, the forums not even working, the project is basically dead. Not even anyone on the steam page seem to be mentioning this. Maybe the person who mans the steam page is deleting comments?
My point is…thank you for still being around, updating, working, on something that’s fun. I presume you do this not only because it’s good money from donations or commissions for characters, but also because the game itself is fun for you. <3

Hey i don’t no if anyone will get back to me but i want to try anyway i’ve got a problem with the save system i can’t seem to save to file cloud and slot are fine but when i hit save to file a popup comes up that takes me to a page that says that what i’m looking for can’t be found

This is likely an issue with add-ons or the browser you’re using. Only FireFox and Chrome are tested. If you’re using one of those try disabling extensions and it should work.
