Also it says in her Appearance screen :p

Too bad the bust shows her hair as pure pink, I was gonna ask if that’s coats sister

Um I just started the game out and was wonder how to go about meeting Brienne instead bring or am I missing something?

There’s a set of armor in Harvest Valley that turns Brint into Brienne
Do keep in mind that, at least currently, that transformation can’t be reversed if you let it finish. Once Brint turns into Brienne, she can’t go back (though you get several warnings and some time to stop it from occurring, after he puts the armor on).
