We’ve got our first new year’s patch for you with a goodly new chunk of content!
0.1.3 Patch Notes:
- New enemy in the Old Forest: bimbofied hornet-girls looking for somewhere to lay their eggs.
- New character content for Leorah, the survival shop owner. Bring her some wyvern venom and you’ll get to see her wild side… Both Leorah and the Hornets are courtesy of the The Observer.
- Leorah can teach you new archery-themed powers.
- Weapon restrictions have also been implemented properly now: certain powers demand melee or ranged weapons, though thrown weapons like the dagger or francesca work for either.
- New NPC: the sleepy snake, by Wsan. She’s meant for a further-in zone, but she’s currently accessible from the space where you trigger Kasyrra’s second encounter. She’s repeatable and has a chunk of unique content with your companions.
- There’s a new Kiyoko scene if you’ve had 4+ kids wth her, she’s pretty preggo, and you ask her for a massage!
Remember that our public patches come out at the middle of the month (ish~). In the meantime, you can always get backer access here!
I’m going to be writing the actual egg-pregnancy for the hornets next week. Hopefully it will be implemented in time for said public patch. Speaking of upcoming content, art is a commission Gardeford got for a centaur NPC he’s writing for our next zone, done by Jackle0rgy.

Just started a new game as Wyld Elf. Since I’m used to all Elves having cat eyes (it’s the way of the pencil/paper Fantasy game I grew up with), there isn’t really a choice for anything else, since an Elf without cat eyes is just plain wrong.

I just finished all of Etheryn’s talk scenes. I’m gonna do a couple of her sex scenes and then slot her in for coding; expand on her from there.
Neither of the sidequests currently available will be able to proceed for some time.
Is Leorah scenes one time only thing?
The one sex scene is, yeah.
is there a possibility for more from her?
I definitely will be pushing for repeat scenes.
I ran out of steam after the first one; I may return to her someday.
In the meantime, people are free to write more if they like.
There’s always the option for people to try commissioning more from Observer or another writer.
Paying for content is generally the way to lube the process, folks. Otherwise things come when they come.
On that note: I don’t take commissions. Like I said, people are free to write more, but there’s no sum of money you can pay me to write anything. Taking money places an onus on me I don’t like.
Yeah, as if we can:( Most people here(judging by my own merit(or rather lack of them) so I’m always open to be pleasantly surprised) can’t write a believable dialogue or code even he basic thing. Writing an expansion for already established character and prepping it for integration with already existing code is beyond real capabilities of most “people”. And unlike coding which can be learned with enough time, some people just can’t write. Period.
That’s why you can pay someone to write for you, Grunt.

Not sure if its just me, but using Nerves of Steel seems to break my game. Says the damage is dealt, but theres no option to proceed and nothing can be selected.

Is there some prereq you have to fulfill to get the hornet-girl encounter to trigger? I’ve explored every corner of the Old Forest but never run into them.

Anyone else having trouble with Cait’s scene with the Sleepy Snake? When I proc it, I get a page with no dialogue, and “Join In” or “Don’t” options. Curiously, when I hover over the tooltip for “Join In,” it reads “Help Arona…” But Cait is the only one in my party, and I don’t think Arona is recruitable, is she?
This is a bug.
Kiyoko truly is the best waifu well she is the only waifu right now but still the best.
You can only have one waifu in a laifu.

Seasonal waifus are extra heretical.
can anything be done with the horde of cute foxes I have created? there are parts of dialogue with Kiyoko where she talks about us giving too many gifts to Kinu or letting her lead us about too much but I have never been allowed to do such things.

Not being able to buy things from a bimbofied Dr Badger is a real pain. It also doesn’t make sense that A bimbofied Dr Badger would be unable to continue to function in her job, as a bimbofied player character has no problem doing so. Some tweaks to the character to restore access to her content would be appreciated.
