- Shou drew some drones. One of them is hilarious. It looks like a tennis ball with a camera and fireworks taped to it.
- Adjatha was apparently writing. I didn’t pry for more information on it.
- Pretty sure Gedan was investigating the issues with the forums some folks had.
- No idea with Savin. That guy never tells me anything. Then one day I just discover there’s a futa baker sitting in the Trello.
- I just finished jotting out 1300 words of the Kiro’s sister introduction. I’ve got to do a few short dialogue choices to finish up the initial intro, then I can start chewing into the real meat of the Kira encounter.
- World of Warcraft hates me.
I’m gonna go chew through editing the VN script some more, then maybe play videogames, surprising literally no one ever.

Hey Fenoxo, not sure what the rules are against advertising or what not, but if you like VNs, there’s one on kickstarter by Akemari, called Dragon Date. It’s still not fully out yet, but they do have an Alpha demo up. Again, if stuff like this isn’t allowed to be posted, I’m sorry, I just wanted to bring this game to your attention.

I’m once again feeling that Victor and Max had set up the whole “journey” from the beginning:\
Uncle Max is probably sitting somewhere comfy with a high-tech version of an opera glass, sipping some high class liquor, enjoying a meerschaum and laughing his ass off.
I more think of Uncle Max in a high-class suit constantly nagging Jack/Jill throughout their attempts to thwart us.

Yeah, Jack/Jill are jerks, but if one of the messages early on in the game is anything to go by dear old Uncle Max is likely to be that cranked up to 11.
Being a high class specialist in engineering, mercenary work or conartist is no field expirience?
Book smarts vs Experience. You have the basic skills and knowledge, but as your gear and stats/skills at the beginning imply you don’t likely have much practice using them in the field.
Think of it like the difference between practicing and working on your stance and aim at a firing range versus having to do that in combat. The underlying skills are there, but putting them to use in a real win-or-die(or ‘win-or-get screwed’ in the case of most TiTS fights) is experience that you really only get in the field, experience that the main character probably doesn’t have that much of.
(Of course you could also easily explain the crap credits/stats/gear as simple gameplay design to keep the character from being insanely overpowered from the get-go, but I feel that the idea I tossed out above explains both the poor gear and the fact that you can level up simply beating a few near-harmless bee-boys on your first planet. You have a general idea what to do and how, but until you have to use those skills when it really counts you don’t have the opportunity to find the little tricks and techniques to get the most out of them.)
Yeah, except they’re Victor’s brother and one of the main shareholders of the company. I’m pretty sure that by the end of their days they weren’t enemies anymore… and that our race with Jack/Jill are part of some silly bet of two old a…oles who were bored. Have we seen Victor’s body being cremated or otherwise disposed of btw?

Just like NYNI said, Max has his own company, (or is it just money,) that he got by basically stealing some of Victor’s claims and discoveries and isn’t a shareholder in Steele Tech. So, in essence, he’s using his progeny to try and steal the rest of Victor’s fortune.
Or at least, that’s what Victor *told* you about him. Max probably has a very different recollection of events.
