Today on the way to the grocery store, I saw a brand new baby deer wobbling along with its mom… I guess that was a bit of a sign, since today we’ve got something I know a lot of people have been waiting for: Lusamine, the deer-coded wyld elf mercenary, is finally getting her chance to become a mom!
Hotfix Now Live:
We have now put out a hotfix so that Lusamine no longer Dr. Manhattans Clementine and takes her house. Also text fixes for Gytha anal switching to vaginal halfway through, fixes for Atugia crashing the game due to one of her powers, and Atugia’s base set now properly has a shield.
0.8.38 Patch Notes:
- You can now help Lusamine with her sterility problem — either by talking with Hretha in the Kervus Camp, or with the goddess of fertility herself, Lumia, after doing Shadows Over the Sun. (By BlueBird!)
- … Alternatively, you can send her to Evergreen for a cure. I wouldn’t really expect to see her again after doing that, though!
- Also, alternatively, if you go the Kervus route… well, there’s more than one way to fix sterility, and Hretha knows how to make a lady grow a fat, virile cock. So you can do that instead!
- Once she’s given the cure, Lusamine will move into a home of her own in Hawkethorne, with a baby on the way.
- Post-cure, Lusamine has a few new sex scenes (especially if given some new equipment to breed with)!

- If you have Gytha at your Wayfort and out of the dungeon, a virile PC can impregnate her. You must be Bedmates with Gytha to begin her pregnancy arc. (By Fleep!)
- If you’ve freed Oma the Genie, a new sex scene has been added to her list of options: you can ask her to transform into an entire goddamn dragon. Written (and coded!) by B!, the resident dragon aficionado.
- You can give Dragon Oma a different name, and she has unique responses to some pre-written ones.
- Dragon Oma can be male, female… or both, with male- or female-presenting pronouns. Your choice!
- She comes with 5 different sex scenes: two per sex, and one that applies to both, where you worship a dragon’s entire body, from claws to tail and everything in between – or not, if you’d rather. Worship as much or as little (to a point) of the dragon as you’d like. If you’re familiar with B and his flowcharts, you have an idea of what to expect here.
- 40,000 words of doing it raw and heavy with a whole-ass dragon!
- Rixx, the goblin mage in Khor’minos, has a new power to sell: Summon Tentacles.
- If you have the summoning circle installed in the Wayfort, you can use this new power for… extracurricular activities. They can be either ‘slow and sensual’ activities, or ‘Friday Night Hentai’ activities. If you have a viable vagina, be careful not to to have too much fun, or else there might be some short term consequences. Or don’t! Thank you for addressing at last Lusamine’s long awaited idee-fixe!
Howewer, I’d like to point out some other grievances that needed to be attended.
1. For example, there wasn’t a thing about Master Whisper, the Mecian cultist, in months if not years. Is he abandoned or not?
2. Do tell if leomax’s hair, lense and scrubs (which was last heard of in 2025) was stuck in limbo much like Clementine’s pregnancy by Oreoluma did stuck there without your noticing.
3. Same’s with youngpupa’s Mecian TF (last heard of 2023).

Tried letting Lusamine knock me up with her cock and she went right back to being disinterested afterward, even after I had her baby; didn’t get a house or anything. As funny as absent father Lusamine is I don’t think it’s intended?
Am I missing something? Like I talked with her but it will not let me bring her to Lumina and I finished the shadow over the sun quest got to know Lusmine and everything used every option available
For the options that aren’t Evergreen, you need to travel there yourself, talk to the relevant NPC, and then come back to Lusamine.
You don’t need to bring her to Lumia, just go talk to Lumia after you’ve talked to Lusamine about helping with her fertility.
Yeah, same experience here. As you said, deadbeat Lusamine is kind of a hilarious result of a bug, but probably isn’t what’s supposed to happen.

Can’t figure out how to fix Lusamine. Talking to her about her sterility just gives the pre update dialogue, and Hretha and Lumia have no option for it either.
Literally same, I even started a brand new save and everything still the same situation. Zero option to help her pops up or anything
you talk about sterility and go back. the evergreen option should be there. go talk to hretha if you want that option then come back and talk to lusamine again.

Someone else pointed out that it looks like you need to get the scene after you beat Jen where Leofric jumps you first. I didn’t have the option either until I realized I hadn’t seen that on my current character. After I saw it I got the options after talking about her sterility again.

If it’s a permanent removal then it seems a bit odd. I would’ve thought that it’d at least be possible to send her to Evergreen and visit her there. It’s not like Evergreen prevents you from visiting her daughters, after all. What’s the rationale? Lusamine’s too busy breeding to accept a visit for the person who helped sort out her fertility problems? Evergreen hasn’t kidnapped women before, so if that’s the reason then it seems OoC. Am I missing something here?
Yes, you’re missing pretty much all of Evergreen’s lore by the sound of things.
I don’t recall her fucking over those who are dealing with her in good faith. …is that it? Does the send Lusamine to Evergreen option have the player set Lusamine up for failure in order to get rid of her? (Haven’t played it yet, waiting for the hotfix before I touch it.)

So on top of nearly all of my saves disappearing, thank god for saving files, I loaded up one file and for some reason I try to talk to Lusamine about curing her sterility a bunch and get nothing, then went to Hretha and there is no option to talk to her about curing said sterility, since I wanted to give Lusamine a big ole’ dick.
Only change I am seeing is then six-bear tonic from hretha but no option about giving Lusamine a dick.
Have you Defeated Jen 5 times and got the scene where her Commander appears?

Figured it out you need to fight Lt Jen to a point where Leofic comes I guess in all the times I fought her that event never happened

I knocked her up and she moved into her house, but there doesn’t seem to be any progress.
I’ve waited long enough for both Drifa and Olivia to pop out another batch despite impregnating them after Lusamine, and it doesn’t seem to have progressed at all. She’s still having the same dialogue about her current condition about being able to do nothing but wait currently.
Not able to get the Lusamine content to proc, to be clear do you have to the Shadows Over the Sun questline done and talked to Lumia to get any of the options at all?
It says so in the update, but I got it all done and even became a valkyrie and still nothing on my end.

So, I’ve gotten the leofric scene, cleared shadows over the sun, tried talking to lusamine and then all the options and vice-versa, and there’s nothing changing; I can’t seem to find how to activate her new content. Did I miss something?
Here’s what I know regarding how to get it.
– Arona’s quest should be done (you get access to Hretha the shamaness).
– Beat the foothill mercs 5 times to show Lt. Jen.
– Beat Jen 5 times then 1 more time to see Leofric.
– Go back to Lusamine, the option to recommend Evergreen should be there (provided you met her)
– For Hretha, go to her, click Lusamine’s option
– Go back to Lusamine, Hretha’s cure should be there.
Im not sure what else is required. Note that my MC was female in this attempt and had not fucked either Lusamine or Jen. I did exhaust all of Lusamine’s other options tho, including her Sterility talk.
Can y’all add atleast a hit in-game that you can only get to Lusamine’s new content only after you beat her CO Jen FIVE times and get the special scene with their leader Leofric, a scene I legit never knew existed before this update and had to actively farm encounters to get considering the foothills can get clogged with encounters
Will there be a hotfix for deadbeat dad Lusamine? Her state doesn’t seem to change from pre-quest after she knocks you up, even after you give birth to her kid.
Lusamine seems pretty buggy. On one file, I can’t even get the new sterility talk to be able to ask any NPCs to cure her. Neither Lumia nor Hretha will offer. One the other, I gave her Hretha’s cure and she IMMEDIATELY defaulted back to as if I hadn’t even given her it as soon as the dialogue box closed.
I’ve encountered Leothric on both accounts.
I noticed that some of Lusamine’s original scenes in the Inn are gone once she moves into the house- are there plans to restore that?
Lusamine also seems to be able to be in two places at once when 11AM rolls around, she’s at the Frosthound and also at home.
Though the frosthoud seems to be the only way to get her old sex scenes

I named her Ashe once, but im not sure it changed her dialoge as I’ve only done the scene once so far.

Oma responds differently to the names Valrynn, Alrythe, Oma, and whatever your PC’s name is.

I got the dialogue from Jen and Leofric, talked about sterility, went to hretha and got the cure, but once given, nothing changes, regardless of giving her a dick or not and being the baby daddy or not. The text mentioning her house appears, but she herself just goes back to sitting at the tavern, with no option to visit her at home.
I could never actually get the Lusamine thing to proc. Explain in detail what I have to do.
